I have tested the newest version on the website and it always copies the full disc on the hd. I there a way to get rid of the extras, disclaimers...like with regular DVDs?

I believe Slysoft "is or will be" working on a version of CloneDVD that should handle this. AnyDVD-HD is just for Decrypting the AACS protection to let the other tools work their magic. HD is still in a very young stage, so I am sure we will see all kinds of fancy new utilities for HD once it really catches on.
