There's a lot of recommendations for Imgburn here but on trying to Download it, there's only a "SetUpManager' file supplied. What is this - is it safe/legitimate or some kind of Spyware etc ?

From where are you downloading it?

There shouldn't be anything named "SetupManager". It should be "SetupImgBurn_2.5.7.0.exe".
