Let's not ridicule them. They have a pretty serious problem that goes far deeper than a problem when installing software to backup their DVDs.
 
I didn't - my reply there was polite and to the point.

The phrase "scronks everything I own" - was just too much for me.
I rarely laugh out loud, but that just hit me right....
