If there is an update, do I need to send a new log to elby?

Like it says in the title, if I send a log file to Elaborate Bytes and there is a new update (beta or final), do I need to send a new log file if I am still having the same problem? In looking at the automated reply from elby, it looks like they want a new log but I may be wrong.
 
If it isn't solved, then it is recommended yes.

Thanks Chevron. While I didn't include this in my question, I'm thinking that would also apply to an AnyDVD update as well.
