When they get to it?? You can't just hound them in every thread they happen to post in and expect them to jump on it. sigh.
 
law1987, you've been a forum member for 3 years now. Your behavior belies that.

First and foremost, have respect for other people in the forums posting and reporting issues in their troubleshooting threads. You shouldn't be traipsing into them and posting off-topic things which is exactly what you've done. Furthermore, pestering a developer about your problem in another person's thread is beyond annoying. I would suggest re-reading the Slysoft Forum Rules (http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=4) when you have some free time. Specifically you should read the 4th post in that thread: http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=87585&postcount=4. Look at item number 1.

If you need hand-holding and updates then I would suggest you handle your problem through the official Slysoft Support.

This is now in Support. In the future it would be very helpful if you would inform us in the Support ticket that you are dealing with a problem in the Forum as well.

This saves all of us the "re-inventing the wheel" scenarios which is a waste of my time as well as frustrating for you.
