I tried the 21 day free trial of Any Dvd, I loved it & decided to purchase it for 2 years at $53. My bank has notified me that I've been charged twice for the program. $53 yesterday & $53 today. I have sent an e-mail about it. Has this ever happened to anyone? And will I have a problem getting my money back for the second charge? Or should I pay the extra money & have a stop put on the charge before it clears? Don't really know what to do, but feel screwed.
 
In your situation contact slysoft directly. Explain them what happened and should be able to help.

To do so go on http://www.Slysoft.com and under sections choose the one which has contact and from there choose appropriate caterogy.

In your case it is considered purchase problem.
