Getting closer with this movie. It now plays in the preview mode in CloneBD. But it stops while rendering the .mkv, at the same place (21 seconds) it used to do in the CloneBD preview mode

Just use the clipping/_trimming feature of CloneBD and cut away those first 21 seconds. It's a useless intro-clip and doesn't belong to the film.
It messes up the conversion, because it has different properties than the rest of the title.
