Hi, looking for anyone who can advise me of an error that I've encountered a few times when I've used Clone DVD. When trying to copy the video files, I'll get an error message that states "Processing Error. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device." Can anyone shed some light on what this error means and how I may possibly resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
