I cannot copy any movie

When I open Clone DVD2, I go to Copy DVD Titles, when I open the files in the E drive, the movie comes up and starts playing however, the quality bar at the bottom shows nothing, it usually shows a percent, and then I go on through the rest of the steps and get this message

Creation of DVD files was not successful.
C:\programfiles\Elaborate Bytes\CloneDVD2\eraser\PAL\Video_TS\Video_TS.Ifo
Unable to open file
The system cannot find the file specified. Please be sure that all required files are available try again.
