HULU initialization issues with DL'ing

OK, I'm not using the queue feature here, just put one title in HULU's que, and no other provider.

I tried a long list of titles and they all ended up the same. Heck, I even tried to put them all into the queue and see if the error would stop on any of them. No luck. The error message just zipped through the entire list.

Here's the list:

Up Periscope
Ace of Aces
Action in the North Atlantic
Destination Tokyo
Big Parade (1925)
The Cranes are Flying
Thirty Seconds over Tokyo
The Letter
Girl of the Port (1930)
Sundowners
Year of Living Dangerously
Mutiny on the Bounty


01 June update:

Since I originally posted this, I have been able to DL a couple of titles a day because the "audio description" changed from "undefined" to "English".

Unfortunately, if I still put more than 2 or more titles in the queue, then hit go, all but the last one will not download. The queue function for HULU is still not working. Which means it has to be operated they old fashioned way, one title at a time, e.g., before the queue feature was released.
