When I select Copy DVD Title, and there are two large files which both seem to be the entire movie, albeit one may be a minute or two different, how does CloneDVD know which is the main title? For instance, in this image from your instructions http://img463.imageshack.us/img463/2088/sshot7cq1.png there is only the single large file, and it is numbered "1" in this shot. I backed up a disc today that had two files that appeared identical (except slight time difference), and CloneDVD had selected the file numbered "2".
I previewed enough of it to feel confident it wasn't a director's commentary but wonder what may have happened had I selected the "1" file. The movie was "Death Sentence" R1.

Clonedvd doesn't know for sure. The best way to test is to use Powerdvd or a software dvd player to test playback of the title in question.
