how did james get the sourcecode for reclock then?
i'm very curious as to how this happened.

Had I know where to find that exact reference I would have pointed you to it. I don't recall if that was ever written but I do know that James did contact ogo and Slysoft did get the source code. Anyway, yes, Slysoft now owns ReClock.
