Help with bd backup of The Matrix

I need to see if anyone can help me out, Im trying to back up my bd of The Matrix to a bd25 but it errors out. I think Ive updated just about every program that i need to but it keep failing.

heres what bd rebuilder gave me sorry if its long.. not sure what exactially needed and i think i got the anydvd log. thanks for any help

This is not an AnyDVD HD issue. It's a BDrebuilder issue. I've been having issues myself with the latest build even though I have all the correct versions of the extra programs. I found I couldn't encode Clash of the Titans, but if I went back to the previous build it encodes fine.
 
I fixed the ffdshow, had to run a few different ones to work. now im on my 7th version of Haali splitter to see if i can get that corrected then see what happens.
Now im getting a error that says "x264 exe stopped working"
i also tryed the older version of bdrebuilder and nothing.

any clues??
 
You may need to delete Rebuilder and the associate files from your pc and then go to Doom9 to the Rebuilder section and follow his installation step by step using his links to the files that he provides to ensure you are using the correct versions and installing them in the correct order.

Some people feel they can install Rebuilder and just use any version of the assoc. files but you actually need to use the files he states and including installing Rebuilder last if thats what his step by step shows.

ok..so i did go to doom9 and followed his intructions and redownloaded all the programs that i was soposed to and reran them all, I gave up on the Matrix, for the time being and tried AVP (alien Vs Predator) i Actually got them both done with the bd rebuiler and tired burning them with Img burn like i usually did but now it seems to burn ok, but when i put in my blu ray player it wont read. just sits there repeating "now reading" on the tv screen.
heres the bd log. if anyone can help id appreciat it. Ive made costers out of 5 disks and ive never had a problem till now. thanks.
