hello i am very new to all of this and i have been using slysoft anydvd anyway it has been working fine for some dvds but the new ones that i have purchased and was trying to back up will not work i mean the disc will not even read in the drive and i have no clue how to fix this if someone could be nice enough to explain this or help me i would love it because i am very confused right now thanks.....
