HELP - NEWBIE in TROUBLE synching movie to current Nano

The movie seemed to record fine. I can watch it within iTunes, but it fails when I'm trying to sync. I get the following error: "Attempting to copy to the disk "Name of Nano" failed. An unknown error occurred (-69).

Any help is appreciated - If I get this on my daughter's Nano, the plane trip will be SOOO much nicer.
