    1. Keep your license key file backed up somewhere safely.

    2. Start-->all programs-->elaborate bytes-->clonedvd2-->uninstall

    3. reboot

    4. clear your browser cache

    5. download clonedvd2: visit http://www.slysoft.com/download.html

    6. Install the file you just downloaded

    7. Install your license key file

If that doesn't fix things for you, then
Please answer these questions so that we can help you better:

    helpppp

8 ) Click the red fox icon in your system tray. Select "status" on the left hand side of your screen. With the problematic disc inserted in your computer, click the appropriate drive tab letter (the drive containing the disc) in Anydvd. In the window below the drive letter, copy and paste the information Anydvd gives you in your post asking for help.
Its all disc Iput in . Ive ripped it to my HD and still get the same error.

9 ) State the full a)error message---Not Responding (have to go to task manager to end program)(s) you encountered, b)tell us what program(s) you were using when you received the error message(s),----CloneDVD2 and nothing else in running and c) describe in detail what you were doing when you received the error message(s).----- Nothing just cloneing a dvd or if copy for a file same thing so i know its not my dvd player

That's fine. I still need you to do it. Put a commercially released dvd in your burner, and do what I asked please. I want to see your burner info.

    1) When exactly does clonedvd freeze? What are you doing when it freezes? Are you burning? How far into the burn are you? 99%?

    2) What type of blank media are you using?

    3) What is your burner make/model/firmware?

    1. You aren't using "rip video dvd to hardisk" in Anydvd, right? That ripper can cause problems.
    Read http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=328 fully

    (do steps 3 and 4)

    step 3 is this: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showpost.php?p=1455402&postcount=3

    and I need step 4: http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=1559

By the way, one common cause of freezing while burning is using junk blank media (and not having your burner firmware updated).

    3. visit http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3976250 for good blank media recommendations

    4. upgrade your burner's firmware (if possible)
