I've recently started getting the above error code when I try and covert various DVD's. They are all in pristine condition and I have no idea what is happening. Please can someone help??!?!

Do you get this with all movies or specific ones. Either way it may be your reader or drive is going bad, this is especially true if all movies cause this.

Also for more comprehensive analysis post anydvd log file for disc you have problem.

I just upgraded my system in the last week. Prior to the upgrade it was working perfectly, afterwards it worked for a few and then since has just rejected anything I try. The only thing not upgraded was the optical drive as I had no reason to think it needed it.

I've just got home and tried to do another and as expected it failed so I have copied below the error text. I was assuming that it was a software glitch as I had to reinstall all of the slysoft software again.....

This is Chameleon transcoder engine [2.0.0.4] (09/07/2012)
