Have to keep adverts and trailers to play movie folder

The way around that is to disable the feature. The help text makes it clear that it can have undesired side effects like this.
 
Is there someway I can get rid of the adverts and trailer, and still have the folder play?
 
blank them out with BD-Rebuilder, that way they'll still be there properly but be "blanked" out with 1 second clips
