Greatest Showman-AnyDVD will not recognize

I'm trying to backup The Greatest Showman. If AnyDVD isn't running, the movie shows up fine in Windows Explorer as Greatest_Showman. If AnyDVD is running, all I get is the message that AnyDVD is scanning the disk and it'll be available shortly. It never recognizes though.

Any advice? I'm about to try it on another PC/Drive.
 
Seems like it may be a drive issue. I noticed the spindle clamp/carrier in the middle of my portable drive was raised up when I removed it from my portable drive (for my laptop). Works on my desktop drive.
