Is all the Log File's saying the "MEDIUM NOT PRESENT - TRAY OPEN" or the error message I get when I try to Rip Video Disc To Hard Disc?

No Side 1 runs to about 74% then I get the error message I posted above. It's a dual sided disc; Side 2 of the Disc stops at 74% shown in picture Any DVD-Side 2 attached just like Side 1 with Error Msg-Side 2 attached. The Log File is from Side 2 of the Disc. My hardware should be good; It's only not working on this & I don't open the Tray until after Any DVD stops with Error Msg-Side 2 or when the Log File runs to completion.
