Game Jackal Server?

Just got this error message when trying to access my Game Jackal:

"Game Jackal Server does not appear to be running. Contact support. An exception was raised on the server: List index out of bounds (0)."

Is this a temporary situation? Does anyone else have this problem? Is something wrong with my computer?

What version are you running? and does the message disappear if you reboot your machine?

Continuing Saga...

O.K., not getting any suggestion, I went ahead and updated my Game Jackal to v4.1.1.2. Installation and everything went just fine.

I clicked on one of game icons and this is the message I got:

"Unknown error occurred. Please check server log and contact support."

Where is this "server log" and what am I suppose to check for?

And how do I contact "support"?

Sorry for the slow response... first install v4.1.1.3 (http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=46534)
Next test the game again (is this a profile created with the older version of GJ?)

Are you able to create new profiles?
