Full disc backup while stripping unwanted audio/subs

I was wondering, how hard would it be to be able to do full disc backups (all titles) but still remove unwanted audio tracks. Something BD-rebuilder can do. You tell CloneBD which languages you want to keep for audio/subtitle tracks) in CLBD settings and CLBD does the rest. Strips away unwanted audio and thus maximizes available disc space for remaining video/audio+sub tracks.
