Frozen BD Error

Hello friends, I want to get a complete copy of the frozen film, when it ends the process I get a message that says
warning read errors were found.
Who is this and how can I fix it.

Who is it? Nobody, it's the program detecting errors on the disc.
What is it? well exactly what it states, there are read errors on the disc preventing it from being properly read before processing.
How can you fix it? well if they're actual read errors on a BD you can't. Read errors on a BD = Defective disc, exchange it.
