I hate to bump the thread again but my download button dissapeared, and it's not returning after a refresh
 
Please post a logfile
If you closed AS already, open it again until you see the site where the download button should appear. Then create the log.
 
I made a new thread and moved it to the correct subforum.
 
I think with all the messing around with the trial licence he may have to clear his Amazon cache.

C/users/username/AppData/Local/Redfox/ AnyStream/cache - delete the whole cache folder.
