Converting Free Fire BD to MKV has resulted in audio sync issues. Any one else? Thoughts?

Can you tell me how long the audio/video discrepancy is? What comes first, audio or video? And is the discrepancy increasing over time or constant?
 
Audio is approximately a second behind the video with no noticeable change in lag time.
