Can someone tell me if there is a definitive way to get smooth playback of files with framerate changes? I have several anime's which are 23,976/24fps but occasionally jump to 60 (censored scenes and ending credits).
I use MPC-HC daily's / MPC-HC with beliyaal patches combined with Reclock and Powerstrip on a P4 3.2 / Ati 3850 AGP on Win XP SP3. I can get near-perfect (subtitles cause occasional judder) playback for files without frame-rate changes, but as soon as a file jump from 24 to 60, I get dropped frames and severe judder.
