Thanks for any advice you give! Here's the situation:

I've got permission to post content from a DVD movie onto my website. I experimented w/ Clone DVD Mobile's avi format. Just wondered if there would be any better options. The site's video player supports all of the following formats:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* .flv (the recommended format for video streaming)
* .swf
* .mov (second best recommended format for video streaming)
* .mp4 (supports both video and audio as a format)
* .wmv (.asf or .asx are not included since they are considered "dead" formats)
* .avi (utilizing any codec, this includes DivX)
* .mpg and .mpeg
* .rm and .ram (Real Media - supports both video and audio as a format)
* .mp3
* .wma
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks! :clap:
