I've had ongoing issues with using AnyDVD and UHD for the past several months only to find the following thread which remediated my issues. It might be useful to have a permanent pinned thread that provides info on latest firmware issues.

also, anyone know how to uninstall the MakeMKV CDRomArbiterService? I disabled it in startup but it bothers me it's still in my services list.

EDIT: With "modern" Desktop Windows versions (Windows 10 & 11, maybe 8 upwards?), not Windows Server .

Ok, then I could deactivate it, in theory.
Never used either Server or 8, but maybe I can test it at some time.
