I have a Phillips DVD+-RW DVD8801 and am having troubles burning. Does any one know where I can get a firmware update for this player? I have seen some Phillips frimware updates on some sites but I haven't found any for my player above.

When I went to the link you posted, I couldn't get anything to come up. It takes me to the sight but it was just a bunch of empty squares.
