Errors with CloneDVD Mobile everytime

I've been using CloneDVD alone with Anydvd with nothing but
great results for almost 2 years now. I just got a Video Ipod
for Christmas and would also like to purchase DVDMobile,
but I have not been able to convert any DVD with it trying
the trial version. The dvd's I've tried to convert have been backed up to my hard drive using the latest versions of Anydvd & Clonedvd, and when I try to convert them using clonedvd mobile it will get to around 5% to 26% and either my computer will just re-boot or I get the following error message.

Any one else had these problems with clonedvd mobile?
