Errore di bd rebuilder

Da un po' di tempo non riesco più a usare bd rebuilder, poco dopo l'inizio del processo di backup mi appare il messaggio di errore:
"Wavi.exe ha smesso di funzionare".
Ho provato a ignorare, e il blu ray creato ha il video corretto ma manca l'audio. Ho windows 7, con vista nonh mi è mai capitato. Chi mi sa aiutare? :(
