Error reading disk on BD version of Only Fools and Horses: The 80's Specials - Disc 1

Hi trying to read from the "Only Fools and Horses: The 80's Specials - Disc 1" and getting lots of errors reading the disk. Examining the disk, it looks perfect and no issues with disks 2 & 3. BD drive gets to about 15%, then just thrashes about trying to read the disk before eventually failing with drive read errors. Tried to create an ISO from the disk and it failed at 15%. Using handbrake it fails as well.

Looks like a defective and / or dirty disc and / or drive to me.
Check the disc(s) for an invisible oil film.
