Editing colour, brightness, contrast, tint on Blu-ray rips

Hi guys I want to colour correct some blu-rays that I have ripped with Anydvd. Can anyone recommend any software that will allow me to import the file and edit the colour, tint etc? I need the rendered video to be in HD format.
