DVDFab/Transformers 2

Haven't been here for awhile and noticed all the problems with Transformers 2.
Use DVDFab, disable path player, do main movie , select title 47, select "Ignore All Errors" when the popup occurs.

Why use a program that can't handle the full disc properly yet? Anydvd handles the full disc, unlike dvdfab.
Anydvd handled the full disc including menus the day it was released. Dvdfab still doesn't, as of this post. Dvdfab's developer is waiting on the disc to arrive so that he can decrypt it properly.

This nonsense again? Seriously, why do people come on the *SLYSOFT* forum and recommend another product? It makes no sense to me. Even if there was a problem, and there isn't, what's the sense in recommending a competing product when you know as well as I that if there were a problem AnyDVD would get fixed? This is nothing short of trollish behavior and I for one do not like it.

Slysoft is nice enough to offer a Third Party Product forum and allow the discussion of third-party applications in it. As long as links to competing products aren't posted and the discussion isn't ridiculous then things are fine. That said, there is a vast difference between simple discussion and extolling another product to be used in place of a Slysoft product. It galls me to no end when a person posts in these forums recommending DVDFab or any other competing product in place of a Slysoft one and actually has the nerve to outright lie or has no clue what he/she is talking about. People abuse the freedom.

To do a complete rip, follow this process, you need dvdFab.
1. Enable anydvd, make sure it runs in the back ground.
2. Run dvdFab (disable pathplayer), insert movie
3. After movie is done, disable anydvd, and insert blank dvd.

You need both anydvd and dvdFab to make this work!

You don't need dvdfab at all. The bottom line is that you need Anydvd for a proper full disc rip.

With Anydvd right click on the red fox icon and select "rip video-dvd to harddisk". Then import the rip into whatever program you want.

Or simply have Anydvd running in the background while using Clonedvd or Clonecd.

DVDfab 6.1.2.0 still doesn't handle Tranformers 2 properly, while Anydvd does.

I thought I was over on the competitor forum when I read this as this member posted the exact same thing over there as well

It belongs there as much as it does here (i.e., not at all). You wouldn't catch me signing up to dvdfab's forums to tell people to use Anydvd, for example, even though dvdfab can't handle this disc properly yet.

What's ironic here, is that people are posting to use dvdfab, when dvdfab doesn't handle this disc properly yet.

Also, if pathplayer is disabled, that pretty much means Anydvd is doing the work (i.e. fab is not needed).
