that covershut link doesn't go anywhere. Page not found. Anyway, the question was not WHERE to get covers. The question was, what's the best software, and as i already said. Personally there's no match to undercoverxp once you get your presets right.
coverhut.com?? really?? the only thing that website is good for is fake links, Those covers are a joke resolution is like 100x140 pixels just to drag confused poeple to target their computers with malwares.

You can try cd label software. Pretty good program, best of all, that I used to print labels and covers
