Hi,

Just ripped a blu ray image and ticked the option to create a dvd. I took this to mean it would make an additional dvd iso, but ended up with 2 additional 1k files
with .dvd and .md5 extension.

What are they please, and have I incorrectly made my blu ray image?

Thanks for any replies.

.dvd file

For compatibility reasons we offer the creation of a parallel *.dvd file along with the ISO. Some processor tools want to see that file. It is not usually necessary for further processing the ISO. The MD5 file is just a checksum result file. Not anything special. You now use the ISO to mount, burn or play or whatever.
