I am a new user to ANYDVD and have purchased a key, BUT I cannot get the download complete and loaded..I have tried three times with and without Internet security..The download gets to about 87% complete then jumps to download complete..When I try to install I get a failure saying that the file is incomplete and the publisher cannot be verified..what is wrong?? Thanx
