I'm not includeing a log file since the problem seems to be correcting itself.
I downloaded a few things in the last few days and the limit has allways stayed high. Today, I installed version 1.8.7.0 and when I started to download a TV series I was told "waiting for download limit to increase". Apparently the limit defaulted to 0. The limit is increasing now, but very slow. Is this something I should be concerned about?
 
Maybe a bug and it didn't went down when it should right away?
