I do believe it does, the only providers that need no advertisement subscriptions are MAX and Disney. I have to add an addendum here, this is all regional, and I have no advertisement subscription on all providers. But I am sure there are members going to say that they have an NF with ads and it works, well that might very well be true in their region. The best thing to do its to try the cheaper one and if you have issues, upgrade.
 
Great. ThenI would carefully assume that it is likely to work in other regions as well.
