Display only *some*subtitles

Hello
Does anyone know of a way to display only some subtitles?
For instance, I have an English movie with some Russian language in it.
When I select no subtitles, none are given.
When I select subtitles, ALL are given.
Is it smart enough or are there flags in DVDs that can display subtitles when the language spoken is not the main language?

I believe it's all or nothing. If I'm wrong someone feel free to correct me.

As "DrinkLyeAndDie" said, have a look at the Kingdom thread (http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=13462). Depending on your DVD you may be able to get it to work (see my last post concerning subtitle types).
