Difficulty remuxing the MLP track

So far this has been my only problem. Only on a few movies Matrix 2 &3, 300 , and I am legend. I use EVOdemux(hddvd) , TsRemux (mostly) and tsmuxergui (sometimes) both these programs have a problem with the MLP tracks. If I remux with the DD+ it works fine.

I read EAC3toGUI works for some but I haven't been able to figure it out. I have a hard time with the commands. I'm still in the 3rd grade
