dark knight BD and my movies problem

I am using anydvd hd, VCD, Arcsoft total theater and my movies. I have gone through and ensured all software was up to date. The Dark knight blu-ray rips fine but when I try and play it through my movies it hangs. In the beginning it would play but only sound and menus, no video. I updated all my software and now as the bluray starts to load but never moves past the spinning disc screen.
Any ideas?
 
is your VCD 5.4.1.4. you might get better answers if you ask this question in the MY Movies forum i am using my movies anydvd and VCD but with powerdvd and everything works great i also have the dark knight and it plays fine as well
