CPU load 100% when watching 4k

It shouldn't matter what display you have, it'll still "play" at 4k.

Same issue with Chrome Canary.

It's just that my motivation to investigate further would be higher if I had a 4k display with a visible benefit ;)
 
Ah ok I see what you're saying.

Played a game in 4k tonight (Sonic 4 Episode II) CPU usage was 19%.
