Copy PAL DVD to Region 1

Is their a way to copy a pal dvd features and all and convert features and all to a region 1 copy. If so how and what program should i use

But it converts only the region code, not the video format from PAL to NTSC
 
i've used monavi video suite...which features a number of video tools...the one that you want to use is.....convert video/dvd....

convert video/dvd is part of the suite...can't remember if it's available as a single program....
 
The best thing to do is use a DVD player that can handle NTSC & PAL. In the absence of that you can convert it using software. It's time consuming and a pain.

Off the top of my head I would recommend FAVC (freeware) or Nero Vision (shareware).
