CloneDVD mobile Deinterlace video material 1,2, or 3 pass?

In CloneDVD mobile, I'm using a generic .mp4 file in my output method.

I've set the Resolution to 720x480, because I'm looking for the best quality possible without using Pass-Through.

The DVD isn't a motion picture movie so I've ticked Deinterlace video material.

As for "Pass" which one should I select for the best quality? 1,2 or 3?

Does Deinterlace video material ticked or unticked make that much of a difference?
