note that this profile has been tested and proved to be
working most, but not all the time. Experience reports
(positive or negative) with different mobile devices using
WMV are welcome on forum.slysoft.com!
- several minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages

Final encode is excellent but it takes forever

1152 works great for me. However, the "post processing" literally takes about 4 hours to complete with 2 pass encoding on a 2 hour movie.

What is post processing and why does it take so long to complete?

psp firmware 3.52
encoding 480x272 at highest quality setting 2 pass
dvd is north america

***UPDATE*** This happened on one DVD (Pink Floyd's The Wall), all other DVD's that I've converted have not had the problem.

it stops working at the last screen before the recoding can start

You probably have a subtitle related problem (if you don't select subtitles - does it work then?).

Fix is coming up. hold the line.

Up until this version, I had problems with "Kill Bill, Vol 1". (Region 1 dvd). The subtitles for the scene in Okinawa (where she gets the sword made) would not show up. If I picked English, all subtitles would show for the entire film. With 1.1.5.2 it works as it should, but I had to select "English subtitles" during the setup.

I still have several wishlist items, which I will post again in a few days, but I'm happy there's activity again with CloneDVD mobile development.
