CloneDVD finds erroneous file and stops

This is not a CloneDVD problem, but how can I proceed?
I have a files copy of a DVD, but at least 1 of the files is broken, and when I want to get rid of all the unwanted stuff with CloneDVD an error message comes up and CloneDVD stops. However the relevant VOB files that make up the actual movie are ok. Is there a way to recreate the structure of a DVD with just the 5 VOB files that make up the movie?
