CloneBD not writing to blank disc

just trying out CloneBD and it says it's copying but the disc is blank.
 
copying what, how? 1:1 BD50, shrinking to BD25? What are you doing? Well there's 2 main phases to making a disc copy. 1st one is transcoding the actual content, phase 2 (with the slight color change in the progress bar) is when the actual burning starts. What brand of blanks are you using?
 
Yeah never heard of that brand. Do you have imgburn or DVDinfo installed by any chance.
