CloneBD 1.0.3.6 No Menus??

Now with the latest CloneBD 1.0.3.6 and Anydvd HD 7.5.9.0 the Complete disc copy goes from start to finish for my 50gig anime movie and completes the process. But when I go to play it on WinDVD 11 Pro it loads the movie and get to the start screen but there is no menu it's gone? The proprietary menu for the BD that is suppose to show up is gone and the movie now just loops in a never ending cycle. It looks like they sorta fixed the burn problem but now I have no Menu controls. Also I tried it on the 25 gig anime movie and now the error transcoder problem still is happening.
