clone cd dl problem

had no problems with pioneer 112 burner makeing backup of xbox game useing verbatim dvd+r dl disc.had to change writer so got a pioneer 116 ide drive but now clone cd stops during writeing of lead in.are there any known issues with the pioneer 116 drive or is there some setting i have to change.

I have no issues with my Pioneer dvr-216 (sata version of your drive) creating Clonecd backups with Verbatim +R DL, but I'm not creating x-box backups.

1. Do you have Daemon Tools installed? If so, unninstall SPTD.

firmware updated when drive was installed.
4. Use a 2.4x burn speed

Always burn at 2.4x to prevent game problems.

I also have a pioneer 110 in another computer and have no problems.
Either the drive is faulty or a game called crysis warhead which has DRM is causing the problem.I have burnt dl useing this drive(116) so it appears it may be intermittent problem but i can't remember if i installed the game before or after.One way to find out is swap the drives over and this will tell me if it's the drive or something on the computer!

There's nothing the matter with your filters. However, you should update Clonecd: click http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneCD5313.exe
